For use originally on 1967 289 engines with California emissions (All 1967 DSO 52 and 53 Mercury Cougars), and without factory air conditioning. With extra cooling (20 inch wide radiator). 3 sheave pulley (three fan belts), with pulleys having diameters of 4-7/16 inches and 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-A, was probably an ink stamp. These pulleys were made using a double sheave C6AE-8509-A pulley with a second smaller pulley welded on.

C6AZ-8509-F With air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions possible. 2 sheaves or 2 fan belts with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-B.

C7AZ-8509-E 289/302 Water Pump Pulley-Used C7AZ-8509-E Thermactor emission systems. Application also includes 1969 Boss 302 Eliminator. All applications are without air conditioning. Application 1967 289 engines with air conditioning early cars built prior to 9-11-66. Casting number AA. 5-1/4" diameter and 3/8" sheave width.

Application 390 engines without air conditioning but with a dual belt alternator. Casting number AG 4-5/8" diameter and a 7/16" sheave width. This is an increasingly difficult pulley to find these days. A good option is the 6AA pulley. The size difference is less than 1/8" and you cannot visually tell the difference.

Reproduction engine side stud for the clutch equalizer bar or z-bar that fits a 289, 302, 351W, or 351C engines in the 67-70 Cougar or Mustang. 

Includes the two muffler (aka resonator) hangers and two tail pipe hangers. Only the 390 got tail pipe hangers in 1967, the 1967 289 had muffler hangers only and dual exhaust was not an option on a 1967 289 equipped Cougar, even if it were an "A" code 289 4V. Will not be overly rusty and will have decent rubber still intact. We cannot guarantee that the mounting hardware will be included as shown on the resonator brackets.

The bench seat brackets are slightly different than the bucket seat brackets. Our premium grade used tracks are carefully inspected for damage before shipping. The 289 used a transverse muffler with hangers on either end and dual exhaust was not an option. The 289 Cougars for 1967 also did not use a tail pipe hanger like their 390 brethren did, the tail pipes were free hanging. We have observed in the many 1967 parts cars in our yard that many Cougars have had an after market tail pipe hanger installed at some point. Many Cougars have a hanger welded or bolted to the passenger side tie down bracket.

Bracket and insulator that mounts to the body and the left side of the factory transverse muffler. All 289 engine applications. Band or ring style factory exhaust pipe clamp. For 2 inch outside diameter exhaust pipes. Comes with a course sheet metal type threaded hex head bolt. Correct Fit and finish for 1967, and works for 1968. Connects the overhead roof console to the mounting bracket. The only difference between the 67 and 68 kits are that the 67 screws are chrome and the 68 are zinc. The zinc will discolor over time, so we suggest using the 67 kit on a 68. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. You will notice the reproduction has a larger head (The two on the right in the lower picture are repros) than both of the used versions typically found on 67-73 Cougars. New timing cover gasket set for 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and most all Fords with 289/302/351W engines. Gasket set includes; timing cover gasket, crankshaft seal, water pump gasket for early or late water pumps, and the oil pan corner gaskets under the timing cover.

Set of 10 bolts for installing an OEM Ford timing cover marked C3AE-6059-A, which originally came on all 1967 Mercury Cougars with 390 engines or 1963-67 Fords including Mustang with 352 / 390 / 410 / 428 engines. 10 total new bolts.*Note - this kit is not applicable to the 1968 and later Ford FE timing covers.
