Used door lock and trunk lock cylinder retainer clip. Not exactly the same as the door lock clips. Trunk clips have the small hole, a hooked tool would be used for removal. Not used on 1967 - 1968 Cougar trunk lock cylinders. *Note - For use on Cougar trunk locks built prior to 3-1-1972. We have created all of the components needed to economically install the steel nutsert or Riv-nut for the exterior mirrors that mount to the car doors. Our steel Riv-nut uses a 1/4 inch hole. This aluminum backed, tar sound deadener with adhesive is approximately 1/16 of an inch thick and works well behind door panels, at the firewall and under the headliner as a sound, heat and vapor barrier.
