This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. This twelve piece kit includes six screws and six form fitting washers to reinforce the recessed areas that often crack. Used door lock and trunk lock cylinder retainer clip. Not exactly the same as the door lock clips. Trunk clips have the small hole, a hooked tool would be used for removal. Not used on 1967 - 1968 Cougar trunk lock cylinders. *Note - For use on Cougar trunk locks built prior to 3-1-1972. We have created all of the components needed to economically install the steel nutsert or Riv-nut for the exterior mirrors that mount to the car doors. Our steel Riv-nut uses a 1/4 inch hole.
