This oddball sequential unit was only used from 2/1/1971 to 5/15/1971 and will be of no interest except for to select few. The differentiating factor is the hard plastic connectors. We can supply a reproduction of this unit but it requires that you send your old unit to to us so we can reuse the plugs. Good Used Clock Harness for the 1971, 1972 or 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang Mach 1. Wiring harness, or pigtail that goes from the back of the clock to the main under dash wiring harness, and ashtray light socket and shroud. The Mustang wiring harness for the clock generally does not include the light socket for the ashtray. The MPC indicates that the Mach 1 did receive this Cougar wiring harness. Ford part number: D1WY-15A006-A and D1WB-15A006-A.

This harness has two wires which attaches to the two prongs on the D1ZF-9275-AB fuel sending units. Used plug and wiring pigtail for the brake light warning switch located on the drum or disc brake distribution block mounted to the driver side fender apron. This is a plug and section of wire for repairing the underhood harness. Works on late 1970 - 1973 Cougars and Mustangs. The only difference between the late and early pigtail is that the late plug is white and the early plug is black. No difference in wiring.
