Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number D1ZZ-9735-B. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. It appears that this trim may not have been used all the way through 1973. Ford probably eliminated it as a cost saving measure.

Dash pad attaching nut 8-32 threads original zinc plate and dichromate. 5 of these nuts are used to attach the dash pad to the painted steel upper dash panel  (D1ZZ-65044D90-A) on 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Sold individually.Replaces Ford part number 45271-S36.

This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Chromed engine oil dipstick as found on all 1971 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 429CJ engines (C or J Code). Top of the shield to the dip stick is 16.23 inches. Very rare trim ring used in conjunction with a 15x7" steel wheel and small hub cap on the 1971 Cougar 429 CJ. Only a hand full of Cougars ever got this trim ring. This would also have been used on a few applications like a 1970 BOSS Mustang or 1971 429 Cobra Jet Mustang, Torino or Cyclone. Grade B will show minor scratches and wear.

Used Grade "A" center grille emblem for the 71 - 72 Standard Cougar. Most likely will show some fading, no pits. Ford part number D1WY-8A223-A

Same as the emblem used on the trunk lid of the 1967 -1968 Cougar.

This was an adhesive emblem and has long since fallen off most cars or was removed when the car was painted. We often times have driver quality emblems available, but be aware, they will have some pitting issues.Our reproduction 67-68 pillar emblem is a good substitute.Original Ford part number D1WY-6542532-A.

This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.
