57084-S Attaching bolt with 7/16" hex head and captured washer. Among other things, it is used to attach the door run, window stops (all 3), both window stabilizers, and the window regulator. Same bolts for manual and power window regulators. Bolt sold individually, there are a good handful in each door. We have created all of the components needed to economically install the steel nutsert or Riv-nut for the exterior mirrors that mount to the car doors. Our steel Riv-nut uses a 1/4 inch hole. Retainer or keeper for door hinge pins on all 1968-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, plus most all other Ford products with a typical door hinge pin. The factory installed the hinges with the pins driven in from the bottom as viewed with the doors installed. Most restorations install the pins from the top so that gravity holds them in. Used grade "A" bezel used on the passenger side door and both rear seat switches. Looks similar to the 1970 bezel but is held in place with very hard to find clips not speed nuts. No pits or obvious scratches, Ford engineering number as seen from the back is C9AB-14A432-DFord part # is C9AZ-14528-A

Regardless of what you may have been told, this fifth switch found closest to the dash is not a power door lock switch rather it is to "lock-out" the power window on the passenger door and the two windows in the rear so the passengers cannot operate their power windows via their individual switches. Treat this switch with care (try not to ever use it) and lubricate it. These are very delicate and hard to obtain. Ford number stamped on the side C9AB-14A695-B.

This plastic socket is very brittle and almost always breaks when installing a new door jamb switches. Does not fit cars with Warning Group with door ajar option. This is the engine gauge loom that runs from the coil, temp. sender and oil sender to the pigtail on the firewall. Designed for the 1971 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang.
