This is a new in the box, reproduction, adjustable, rear spoiler for your 1969-70 Mustang or Cougar. For the Cougar owners this is just a little narrower than what would have come on an Eliminator but visually it is hard to detect unless you have two cars parked side by side and you really look close. Measurements are as follows; 35 5/8" on center spacing on the pedestals, 1 5/8" is the widest portion at the base of the pedestal, 4 1/4" long pedestal, 1 11/16" thick wing, 6 7/8" is the width of the wing, 57 1/2" total length of the wing, 4 3/4" total height when mounted level, 9 pounds total weight. This spoiler comes ready to install, no painting needed but if you do want to paint, it is paint ready! The original fiberglass spoilers were very prone to warping and splitting thus the $1000 price tag for mint originals. This polypropylene unit has a lifetime warranty against warping, splitting, cracking or chipping. When we were first approached by the manufacturer of these wings we were told they could withstand a 500 lb. man standing on it while either end rests on blocks, hitting it with a 20 pound sledge or running over it with a truck. We tested a few of these claims and it is true!
