They are friendly and willing to help with your problems or questions. One amazing thing about these guys... Sometimes a repro part is not quality but it is the only one available. THESE GUYS will actually SAY so! Negative reviews of the some of the parts they sell are not unheard of, neither are comments telling you NOT to do something to you car. It is very refreshing to know that the guy selling you a part knows when it is bad and is going to tell you so. They won't offer the inferior reproductions if a quality one is available, which does make me wonder... Who else has the quality ones and who sells the inferior ones?
