West Coast Classic Cougar Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Returns are gladly accepted within 20 days as long as they accompany a photo copy of the original sales receipt. If we made an error you will be reimbursed for shipping. Claims of shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. At our discretion we can also process your returns without a copy of your invoice as we realize there always needs to be exceptions to the rule. Acceptance of returns after 30 days is subject to our discretion, and is subject to a restocking fee.
Returns must be pre-authorized before they are sent back to us. At which time we will discuss with you how to return your item(s) to us. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Returns shipments are usually handled via return services labels issued by us. Return services labels can be mailed, emailed or faxed to you, then all you will need to do is tape the label to the package and hand the package to any UPS agent or driver. The item(s) will then be returned to us.
Core Refunds: Core refunds are given when we deem the part worthy of being rebuilt. If you have questions on what a good core consists of please email a picture of the part prior to sending it or give us a call for guidelines. Often we can at least offer a partial refund on your core.
Damaged Or Lost Items: If a part is lost (box is opened) or damaged in transit to you, please notify the carrier (UPS, USPS, Forward Air). Any Shipment leaving West Coast Classic Cougar Inc is insured for the full value. Proper delivery is upon the carrier. Do not return the damaged item to us. File a damage report with the delivering carrier and receive a claim number. If a damaged part is returned directly to us without filing a claim, the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will not be covered.
West Coast Classic Cougar Privacy Policy: Customer information is collected solely for payment and shipment processing. We do not sell or distribute our customer information to anyone for any reason other than is necessary to fulfill orders. We do not maintain a mailing list. Online orders can only be accessed by me, the owner, Don Rush and our trusted I.T. person Joshua Artman. Phoned in orders are only seen by my manager, Lin Thurston, Joshua or myself. No one else will ever see your credit card number and we do not put copies of your credit card number with your shipment. Your information is critically important to us. By doing business with us we realize we are being entrusted not only with your personal information but also with one of your (if not "thee") most treasured material possessions.
