Reproduction of the protector felt pad between the spare tire and jack handle for the 68 through 70 Mercury Cougar with styled steel wheels. Used only in conjunction with applications that store the jack components on top of the wheel.

Although many would disagree, these are in my opinion average quality. "BUT" they are the best reproductions currently available. This is a very rare find. "Grade A" 1969 XR7 / Shelby only, crack free original lid. Grade A will exhibit minimal loss of texture and will still be pliable. Notice how the three humps stand taller and rounder than the reproduction. Limited colors on hand, please let us know which color you desire and we will try to accommodate. Pictured pad is for reference only. The 1970 version was a soft spongy material. 

Good used solid panel with all parts removed. Panel measures 19.5" x 39". Whereas at first glance these may all look the same, the contour of the roof changes with the body style changes. Call us for price and availability on panels with varying degrees of repairable rust.

We do not have any at this time . . . Very rare part in great condition. This was pulled from a very original 1970 H code XR7 with power windows, tilt column and AC. Technically not correct for 69 in that the shade of green would be darker in 1969. Why this car did not have the xr7 woodgrain delete plate we are unsure.
