Used shutoff valve for the headlight vacuum system of all 1969-70 Mercury Cougars. Also found on 1969-70 Ford and Mercury full sized cars with hidden headlights. Sometimes called 1969 Shelby valve covers. Ford master part number C9ZZ-6582-B.
