Used locking pawl for the 1970 - 1979 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang that is equipped with a factory tilt steering column. This handle is a good replacement for the window cranks found on the 1971 - 1972 Cougar both front and back. The originals were 4 1/4" total length and this replacement handle is 4 7/8" long. The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn.
