Reproduction dual port vacuum advance for most all 1968-70 Ford V-8 engines. Very close replica of the factory installed vacuum advance. This version has one pressed in brass fittings for vacuum hose, and one threaded port with added vacuum fitting as shown. Factory cast iron exhaust manifold set, both a correct right C6OE-9428-A and left C7OE-9431-A side matching exhaust manifolds. With 1969 dates. *TRIVIA* 1969 390 S code Cougars were not technically the 390GT variety. An Autolite 4300 carburetor and a non-GT intake manifold changed the designation to 390IP for "Improved Performance."

Original NOS shroud with correct chocolate brown color and texture as what came on your Cougar the day it was made. The later shrouds sold by Ford were smooth, black and the "Barnum Fibre Co. Great addition to that show quality FE powered early Cougar. Unlike the reproduction this has the original part number, BARNUM BROS. FIBRE CO. INC. lettering and FoMoCo insignia at the top driver side. This was one of the last units out the door when FORD discontinued them in the 1990's. Used grade "A" heat shield for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with either the H code 2V or M code 4V 351 Windsor engine. This two piece heat shield has a very narrow application in that it is a one year only item and only for the 390 IP (Improved Performance). It does not mate to metal a "S" shaped heat riser tube but rather a flexible paper-foil tube that attaches to a reducer on the bottom side of the snorkel. Tested and working used Lo tone horn. The Lo tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs used part number C9ZF-13802-C Lo tone. Every horn is bench tested and inspected for cosmetic defects, if they do not function properly, and pass a visual inspection, they get recycled.
