Customer feedback found at mercurycougar.net: Boy service is just not the same as the "good old"? days. I ordered a half a trunk load of parts and pieces from West Coast Classic Cougar and about 2 hours later got a phone call informing me that the order was picked and shipped. What are things coming to? Where is the fun in that?.....no more waiting days / weeks to find out if the parts are even available, no more multiple phone calls begging for your parts to be shipped.
