Backer boards are not perfect but very serviceable with only a couple broken clip cutouts, NO cracked pillows, The passenger side has one very small knick in the vinyl and has white overspray in places which can be removed with "Goo-Off". NOS power steering ram cylinder dated 6H25 or August 25, 1966. This one is date coded for a very early built 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang, including Shelby GT350 and GT500. This is a decent reproduction of the radio bracket for the 69 or 70. Take a look at the smaller image to see them side by side. The repro is slightly taller and has extra holes in it so it fits other applications. We recommend sticking with good originals.  Why deviate from 100% correct if you don't need to.

This shroud was discontinued by Ford in the mid 1990's. It really is no different in appearance from our reproduction but it does weigh a hefty 2.56 pounds and the reproduction weighs 1.76 pounds. OEM used part designed to maintain the position of the high pressure power steering hose from coming in contact with with moving or high heat parts. *Note - May or may not work with non-original or replacement high pressure hoses.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Application is for the FE engines 390, 427 428. This assembly is needed for the installation of the cylinder head air supply tubes. Sold as one nut / one ferrule. 8 total needed for smog tube attaching. Originally these were installed in conjunction with a lower tube.
