Used locking pawl for the 1970 - 1979 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang that is equipped with a factory tilt steering column. This unit works in conjunction with a pin and is responsible for locking the tilt column in place. In many cases, the pin tends to move out of place and break or chip the teeth of the locking pawl. The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. Used water pump pulley used on 1970-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351 engines and air conditioning. This pulley is 5-15/16 inches in diameter. Pulley stamped C9OE-8509-F.

Single sheave pulley 6-61/64 inches in diameter. This pulley is designed to run on the inner most belt plane next to the water pump. When measured from the front of the water pump hub (or inside of the pulley) to the center line of the belt sheave the measurement is 2-5/16 inches.
