These are used hose clamps that have a tab and fold over on them selves. These were dipped in a rubber like substance to prevent chaffing. The ones that we have available do have some cracking or damage to this coating. It should be easy to 'dip' them again with the product that is available in most hardware stores. We normally see 2 of these clamps, or straps bundling the hoses on most cars. These clamps should fit a variety of different Ford and Mercury products, not just Mustang and Cougar....

There are 2 manufacturers of these hoses and many places will call them a "concours" hose. Neither manufacturer make an exact replica of the original sight glass hose. The finish of the hose does not match, but the most obvious difference is that the sight glass itself has a hexagon shape instead of a square shape. If you would prefer a good used original, give us a call, we can usually dig one up for you. Used original pan removed from a Western parts car, 14 bolt holes. This pan is not available new. These will have some dents and or scrapes. These were not painted originally, may have light rust that will clean up. Consider them Grade B used.

This is a good used speedometer cable from a 1969 - 1970 Mercury Cougar with a FMX transmission. The cable housing has no burns and the fragile plastic squeeze clip that fastens it to the back of the speedometer is not broken. Keep in mind that some 1970 models use a two part cable. This cable will work in place of the two part cable seen on some 1970 cars. This cable measures 58 1/2" at its very most outer ends.

Ford called this part a 'sleeve'. Attaches to the lower shifter arm with a hitch pin. Has nice bushing, with correct nut, washer, and pin. The 1967/68 and 1969/73 versions are identical. The C1AA-7353-C sleeve has fine threads, the C9OZ-7353-A has course threads. Fits all 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, and we suspect many other Ford vehicles beginning in 1961. Our grade "B" rods are just as straight as our grade "A" used rods but the will show pock marks from rust after you clean them. One can fill and sand but it will take time. These are still a better value than the Chinese rods we sell.*Note - 1970-73 strut rods work equally well.

Larger sized retainer that screws to upper front lip near the quarter glass on all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar hardtops and 1970 Ford Mustang coupes. Used knob for the speed control or cruise control switch for any 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Very rare and expensive option for 1969. About 1% of 1969 Cougars had this option and way less than 1% of Mustangs had this option. Switch hangs down over the radio. Core regulator assembly or brain box for factory speed control on a early 1968-69 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is the Perfect Circle regulator assembly. Basic Ford part number is 9D757, research has not turned up the complete Ford number possibly C8VY-9D757-A. Core grade, most likely will need servicing or repair.
