This Lower Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73. Replaces Ford part # C7OZ-3105-A.Just and FYI, in order to install this boot, the entire lower ball joint must be removed from the lower control arm. This Upper Ball Joint Dust Seal reproduction fits the 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73.Replaces Ford part #: C7OZ-3105-B.*Installation tip - The inside diameter of the grommet is just a hair too small to properly fit on the stud. Restoration expert and MCA Judge Marcus Anghel, suggests using a slightly larger round punch to open the hole slightly. Used brake switch plug end, the one that plugs into the brake pedal switch for the brake lights. These often times get hot and partially melt. Easy to change, no cutting or splicing of wires. The female spade plug end just releases from the plug end, look for the release tab for beside the wire on the back.

New wiring pigtail with male bullet connector, and male / female paired connector. Also has rubber grommet that fits a 5/8" inch hole. Looks like 18 gauge wiring. These are remnants from the reproduction Mustang front turn signal lights that we convert to Cougar wiring. Brand new, approximately 13-15 inches in total length. Colors as shown.

Used under dash wiring harness fuse block / box (with a chip or two) with wire leads for the Mercury Cougar STANDARD. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness. The difference between Standard and XR7 is that the Standard block has the pink resistance wire. *Note - The fuse blocks will have a small amount of damage or chips on it, in spite of what is shown in the picture.

These same clips are also found on the four rocker switches located in the center of the 1969-1970 XR7 dash pad. Do not bend the "J" shaped tab any further than is necessary to release the plug from the back of the switch as these break easily. These inserts snap into your window elevators, four per elevator, eight per door for a total of 16 per car. Often the originals are worn down from lack of lubrication which will cause your door glass to rattle. The originals were more of a clear plastic, these are white in color.
