D3AZ-6758-C All steel tube that was used on 1973 Q code 351-4V or 351CJ engines, one end inserted into the rear of the carburetor vacuum fitting (had a rubber hose connecting them 6N664) and the other end inserted into the straight end of the D3-6A664-4V PCV hose. This is a formed tube with barbed ends, it does not use clamps. *Note – Excludes 1973 H code 351-2V engines.

D1AZ-6788-A Metal tab that bolts to the intake manifold and has a hole for the round hose retaining ring (part number D2AZ-14A163-K). 1972-1973 all 351 engines, *Restoration Tip - These were painted Ford engine blue when the engines were painted, so paint it Dark Ford engine blue.

Ford Casting number as seen on the bottom side is D1OB-17713-AWA. Many people misinterpret it as D10B-17713-AWA, DI0B-17713-AW or Dl0B-17713-AWA. Perfect base with no cracks or bends. Ford offered the 1973 Mercury Cougar hood emblem in two versions as a service replacement part. It is very rare to find them new in the box with the chrome center hood moulding, usually they are found without the chrome. This was found at the Spring 2007 Ford Carlisle show. This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This was an adhesive emblem and has long since fallen off most cars or was removed when the car was painted. We often times have driver quality emblems available, but be aware, they will have some pitting issues.Our reproduction 67-68 pillar emblem is a good substitute.Original Ford part number D1WY-6542532-A.

This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.

Found on the C pillars of a 1971 - 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 Coupe. We rarely get good used examples of these emblems as they are always badly faded. These mount on the lower part of the roof behind the quarter windows. This part of the roof is also known as the 'C' pillar.

This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. We rarely have an emblem this nice in stock for more than a few weeks of any one year as the tail was prone to breaking off as well as the "cats" other limbs. This is a Pitts manufactured pulley and clutch assembly with a pulley diameter of 6-5/16", a clutch diameter of 5-1/8", and an overall thickness of 1-11/16 inches. Ford part # D1OA-2981-A. This is the correct emblem that came in the center of the hood moulding on a 1973 XR7 model Mercury Cougar. The price is absolutely ridiculous, I agree. Years ago when they sold for $250 I thought THAT was insane! Replaces Ford part # D3WY-16637-B.

Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number D1ZZ-9735-B. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. It appears that this trim may not have been used all the way through 1973. Ford probably eliminated it as a cost saving measure.

This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Reproduction locking pawl for the 1970 - 1979 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang that is equipped with a factory tilt steering column.
