This is the steel tube that goes from the carburetor to the fuel pump. Available in original steel or stainless steel.
Reproduction fuel line for the Boss 429 engine standard steel construction. Application would be for all Ford and Mercury products with Z code Boss 429 engines. Bent for use with factory intake manifolds, OEM Carter fuel pump, and OEM installed Holley carburetor. Can be carefully bent to fit most applications where replacement fuel pumps or Holley 4150 carburetors are used.

If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970. Replaces Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

This fusible link is a section of wire connecting the starter solenoid on one end and wiring harness that passes through the firewall to mate with the top switch wiring. Correct for power sunroof equipped Cougars. May also work for XR7 and Standard convertibles.

Made from fuel resistant cork like original. Modeled off the Mustang \ 69 Cougar gasket which has 5 screws (67-68 Cougar only used 4 screws), but works for any 67-73 Mustang / Cougar. For 67-68 Cougar applications you will have to just screw through the cork. We can say with out a doubt, that in both Dearborn and San Jose, the factory workers did not use the pre-drilled holes when installing the fuel filler necks.
