The 1967 FE crankshaft pulleys were the hardest parts to date to differentiate. Up until 1967 Ford used a combination crankshaft dampener or harmonic balancer with a groove for a fan belt.
With the addition of options such as power steering, air conditioning, and California emissions, Ford employed an additional outer crankshaft pulley. Both steel and cast iron, from one sheave up to three sheaves. The large diameter 3 sheave pulley fits over the cast in groove of the balancer. This triple sheave pulley also used a different timing pointer.
There are other pulleys listed for 1967 FE engines, but this list covers only what we can determine were correct for 1967 Cougars. Send us an email if you have additional part numbers or find errors in our listings.
