3 1/8" Style Steel Wheel Spare Tire Hold Down. Available in Black or Chrome. Ford Master Parts Catalog indicates that this hold down was found on some 68 and 69 Cougars with SS Wheels. You may need to bend the ears in slightly to get them to fit properly inside the hole in the center of the wheel.
Replaces Ford Part #: C8MY-1424-A.
