D0WY-16789-A Hood hinge spring specific to the 1970 Mercury Cougar. Total spring length 4-55/64" long, coil spring thickness is 0.222", and the coil diameter is 2.181 inches. 1970 spring is shown on the right side in the inset picture comparison. Stronger hood spring to compensate for the extra weight of the 1970 hood extension.
One year spring. Springs sold individually, one per side.
