Mounts on the rear of either the 289-2V or 289-4V factory cast iron intake manifold. This valve has three equal sized vacuum hose fittings in addition to the steel line going to an intake manifold vacuum source. Due to the age of these valves, we cannot guarantee that they will work. These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.

Correct cast aluminum elbow fitting for the rear of the C8AZ-9A486-C smog pump. This elbow will have two single mounting holes. The service replacement elbow (Ford part number D4TZ-9C475-A) has two sets of double mounting holes. Correct Ford part number C8AZ-9C475-A.
