Basic kit for rebuilding your Ford Autolite or Motorcraft spread bore 4300D or 4 barrel carburetor with large secondary venturis. Covers all factory 4 barrel carburetors for all 1972-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with Autolite or Motorcraft 4300 carburetors. Excludes earlier square bore 4300 carburetors.

D3ZE-9A589-AB Factory 1973 Autolite / Motorcraft 4300 Carburetor spacer plate with attached EGR valve. The exhaust gas recirculation valves started showing up on American cars in 1973. There will be almost always some erosion from the heated exhaust gases. This is for use with the Motorcraft 4300 carburetor with Ford part number D3ZF-MA.

New old stock check valve for Bendix brake boosters. This is a white plastic check valve. Ford part number D0AZ-2365-A.Check the related items, for a reproduction rubber grommet.

These are used hose clamps that have a tab and fold over on them selves. These were dipped in a rubber like substance to prevent chaffing. The ones that we have available do have some cracking or damage to this coating. It should be easy to 'dip' them again with the product that is available in most hardware stores. We normally see 2 of these clamps, or straps bundling the hoses on most cars. These clamps should fit a variety of different Ford and Mercury products, not just Mustang and Cougar....

This is the 100% correct Ford original battery hold down clamp. Stamped with D0OB10755A. Ford Part #: D0OZ-10718-B. Note: The battery hold down clamp offered by many Mustang / Cougar vendors as "Concours Correct" is actually for the 1974 - 1978 Cougar /  Mustang.

This desirable option was used only on the driver side seat of the LATE 71-73 Cougar and Mustang. This is for seats that have the seat release knobs on the outsides of the seats. Crankshaft oil slinger for all 429, 429CJ, 429SCJ, Boss 429, or 460 engines, the "385" series. Goes on the crankshaft after the timing gear and before the timing chain cover. It does have a purpose on the vintage engines.  Ford part number C8SZ-6310-A.

Application for all 1971 - 1973 Cougars with factory C6 automatic transmission. Also the correct application for those wanting to install a small block C6 in their 1967 - 1970 Cougar. Single cylinder head from 1973 Mercury Cougar with Q code 351C-4V engines. Sold as a core, needs thorough cleaning and rebuilding prior to use. Typically this cylinder head has 2.04 and 1.66 inch valves, and the chambers measure out at 75.4 cc's. These are considered 'Open Chamber Heads'. With stock pistons, these heads will net an approximate compression ration of 8.0:1. Basic cylinder head number is 6090. Windshield defroster nozzle for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without A/C. This is a "A" grade unit and will have 1 or 2 scuffs in the plastic, or small crack in the flex hose. Heater door for any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with factory or integral air conditioning. The heater door allows air to pass over the heater core in the A/C box.
