This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. Retainer or keeper for door hinge pins on all 1968-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, plus most all other Ford products with a typical door hinge pin. Used door lock and trunk lock cylinder retainer clip. Not exactly the same as the door lock clips. These are good reproductions of the originals for your American Sunroof Corporation Golde Sun Roof. The roof opening seal is 89 1/4" x 3/4" and the seal that affixes to the rear edge of the roof panel measures 42 1/2" x 3/4". These have the correct aluminum inner core with rubber bead, wrapped in the correct felt textured, black material. Premium reproduction rubber seal with the proper thickness of the 1967-68 seal as found on Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang except these are not molded to the extension contours. This tower is technically incorrect for a 1969-70 Mercury Cougar as it has no reinforcement plate. Cougar owners would definitely want to buy a good used tower instead of this reproduction.
