If your automatic floor shifter has play in it left to right then this is the culprit. Easy to install, (more difficult if you have a 67-68 with center console) these are made from a wear resistant plastic that is better than original. Sold as a pair as two are required per car. This group of parts mounts to the top of the AT shifter arm and rides against the thumb activated button on your T shift handle. Its function is to lift the cable that runs through the chrome shifter stem to lock and unlock the shifter out of Park. The Ford technical name for this part is 'Roller - Shift Lever Lock'. Allen head set screw for all stock Ford automatic shifter handles on any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford including Mustang. Uses the same 3/32 inch allen wrench for attaching as the originals. This gives the thumb release button in your T shaped shift handle its tension. If it is rusted then your button will not return back to its outer position easily. Fits 1967-73 Mercury Cougar and 1965-73 Ford Mustang. Technically this spring fits all Ford and Mercury floor shifters 1965-73. Ford part number C5ZZ-7C300-A. The MPC shows this spring to have a free length of 2-1/16 inches.

This clip is the same as a door panel clip with the exception that it does not have the foam spacer. This clip was used on the 1968 XR7 overhead console, 1967 - 1968 xr7 and standard model upper and lower console pads, seat back access panels and several other applications. Good used grade "A" core plastic passenger side bezel that may have had one or more very minor cracks repaired. One or more studs on the back may be broken well (it's the face that we judge grading on). Finish will be poor or non existent but this bezel, unlike many we see will not have noticeable UV damage which makes them very brittle and prone to future damage.

Many of our customers have asked and requested how we clean and detail our parts. We use a combination of items, mostly fine steel wool and elbow grease. Cleans haze, crud, and years of oxidation and water spots from glass, aluminum, chrome, and rubber. 16 individual pads in a package.

Fixed steering column from a 1967 Mercury Cougar. Reasonably rust free column that ships as shown in picture. Often we will leave the turn signal switch in place, but you should count on it being non functional. This steering column will fit a Mustang, but you must change steering boxes. Most 1967 Mustangs came with the steering box with the long spear. Upper and lower mounting brackets, and rag joints are available, but sold separately.
