This shift indicator will work on a 1967 or 1968 Cougar or Mustang equipped with automatic transmission. It comes with all items shown here.

Front retractor bolt, used in conjunction with two rubber spacer / washers and one washer. The two rubber washers go on either side of the re-tractor mounting hole and the metal washer is against the inner rocker.

Used brake pedal for the Mercury cougar equipped with power brakes and a manual transmission. This is for use with the non-collapsible 1967 steering column and with a clutch pedal. Longer arm than manual brake pedals. Keep in mind automatic pedals can be trimmed down to work as manual transmission pedals. New Tooling as of May 2016! The previous version had a heavier grain than original and had a built in defect / scratch on the driver side top. Good used original upper black dash pad for the 67 Cougar. The difference between the 67 and 68 is that the 68 dash pad has a relief cut for the aluminum VIN tag located on the passenger side and 67 did not. Grade B dash will have no cracks, possible missing corner stud and not soft and pliable.

Great quality reproduction of the interior door strap (grab handle) end cap hardware. If you have a 67 the woodgrain decals are the correct size, the 68 uses a little different design with a black border which is not available new. The woodgrain is not correct for either 67 or 68. We would highly recommend getting our burl wood applique, it is still not correct, but is much closer and nicer than the woodgrain this comes with. These NOS sill plates always have some degree of shelf wear due to the many years they have been shuffled around. The biggest difference you will see with NOS vs. the two different levels of reproductions is the finish. The NOS parts are far less bright and less prone to showing hairline scratches. One other benefit is that NOS sill plates already have the FORD decal in place. Sold individually.

These interchange left to right, they are a mirror image of one another. We recently did a side by side comparison of these so called "concours" sill plates and found very little difference when comparing them to the "economy" version... They both weigh .52 pounds, just like our NOS sill plates. They both have a high of luster, unlike the originals which featured very little "shine". This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. If your inner knob is loose and will not align, you will want to see if this part is in place. Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1967 - 1968 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner. Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. We try to keep them in inventory. 1967-68 anchor wires are 5-9/16 inches long. A DIY person can improvise these pretty easy, using lengths of regular wire. Ford part # C4OB-6252180.
