Three wire tachometer for 67 - 68 Cougar. Ford wired their early (pre ‘74) tachometers so that they are part of the ignition circuit. This reproduction is pathetic... It's made from the same material as a cheap picnic table cloth (you know, the red checkered ones?) The only way you will ever get this plastic "table cloth type" mat to lay flat is to glue it down. They do however work well for catching oil spills under your Cougar when turned felt side up.
