Correct for 1967 only but fits perfectly into your tilt column for 1968 - 1969 Cougar / Shelby / Mustang / Thunderbird / etc... This knob is more attractive than the slender black knob used in 68-69, more durable and costs less. More durable than original 1967 plastic units as these are made from die-cast and the originals were plastic. Replaces Ford Part #: C7OZ-17513-B.

This knob is for Cougars equipped with consoles only and then only the earliest of Cougars would have seen this plastic, lower profile, delicate knob. Very hard to find Cougar only knob that is not found on any other model. This is one RARE little dude indeed!Replaces part # C7WA-18817

Used " BLUE " high beam indicator lens for the Mercury Cougar. The early 1967 lens was taped to the back of the dash pad. The late 1967 through 1968 used a lens with a small metal housing.

Used grade "B" rear courtesy / opera light lens for the Mercury Cougar. Opera lights were came as standard equipment on all XR7 Cougars, but were installed on many decor and standard level Cougar interiors.
