This desirable option was used only on the driver side seat of the LATE 71-73 Cougar and Mustang. This is for seats that have the seat release knobs on the outsides of the seats. Crankshaft oil slinger for all 429, 429CJ, 429SCJ, Boss 429, or 460 engines, the "385" series. Goes on the crankshaft after the timing gear and before the timing chain cover. It does have a purpose on the vintage engines.  Ford part number C8SZ-6310-A.

Windshield defroster nozzle for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang without A/C. This is a "A" grade unit and will have 1 or 2 scuffs in the plastic, or small crack in the flex hose. Heater door for any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with factory or integral air conditioning. The heater door allows air to pass over the heater core in the A/C box. This is the smallest door in the A/C box, and the one subject to the most damage from moisture. Part cleaned for photograph, normally will ship 'as removed'.
