C7AE-9425-J Cast iron intake manifold used on 1967 S code 390-4V engines in a Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Stock 4 barrel intake manifold, used after 9-11-1967. Take off manifold with correct casting number of C7AE-9425-J. Intake shipped bare, less carburetor studs, heater tube, vacuum fittings, and water neck where applicable. We think that this jumper or adapter wiring lead, was used in 1967 when the Neutral safety switch changed from two separate plugs to a single square 4 combination plug. There could have been an overlap where the plug from the firewall to the 14401 main under dash harness changed to the single square 4 combination plug. We have also observed the two separate neutral safety switch plugs plugged directly into the updated square 4 plug.

Correct for 1967 only but fits perfectly into your tilt column for 1968 - 1969 Cougar / Shelby / Mustang / Thunderbird / etc... This knob is more attractive than the slender black knob used in 68-69, more durable and costs less. More durable than original 1967 plastic units as these are made from die-cast and the originals were plastic. Replaces Ford Part #: C7OZ-17513-B.

This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. Used " BLUE " high beam indicator lens for the Mercury Cougar. The early 1967 lens was taped to the back of the dash pad. The late 1967 through 1968 used a lens with a small metal housing.

Used grade "B" rear courtesy / opera light lens for the Mercury Cougar. Opera lights were came as standard equipment on all XR7 Cougars, but were installed on many decor and standard level Cougar interiors. These units will have a few "warts" which show up as pitting in the chrome and may also have some minor cracking in the lens. Used Carter fuel pump lever. From Carter made fuel pump as installed on Ford 352, 390, 410, 427, 428CJ FE engines. Many of the Carter "X" fuel pumps with screw together rebuildable pumps often times have Ford small block levers. Housings are he same.
