This is the OE steel tube that goes from the Ford Holley carburetor to the Carter X fuel pump. This was copied to fit the vintage Ford Holley 4150 carburetors as originally found on 1968 390-4V, and 1968-70 428CJ engines. *Note - Designed to fit OEM Carter X fuel pump with screws holding two halves together. If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the harder to find tail pipe hanger as it was only used on dual exhaust cars. Will have usable but cracked rubber. Mounts to the frame on the left side of the fuel tank. Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1967 - 1968 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner.
