New, more accurate woodgrain as of 2019! These decals are cut to fit the 1967 door pull end caps. The 1968 end caps had a smaller woodgrain insert with a black border. Grade "A" doors have never been dented in, cracked in the door latch area or rusted in the corners under the weatherstrip. When you turn it over and inspect it, the bottom seam it is not expanding from the inside out due to rust. There are no drilled holes for an after market impact strip and the sound deadener is usually still intact. Often times it will still bear the original paint but do expect multiple, small door dings. Yes, these were a dealer option available in the day. They cover the painted portion of your door sill that is not covered by the scuff plate. Great way to prevent scratches in your paint or hide existing scratches. Since they are made from stainless steel, you can polish them if and when they get scratched. These are sold as a pair, left is the same as right.  Ford part # C5ZZ-6513242-A 

These weigh .50 pounds each, exactly as the originals do. Just like the originals, these are very prone to scratches and dents, even letting your seat belt fall will mark them up. Although these sill plates are better than our economy version, we still rate them below OEM which was also prone to damaging easily.  We HIGHLY recommend the stainless version we sell. These are the same left to right, convertible or coupe. These appear to be made from the same thickness of aluminum as original and weigh .44 pounds as opposed to .50 for the originals but the aluminum used is not nearly the quality of originals. You can literally mutilate these parts with your fingers as you would an aluminum can. We recommend the premium quality sills. These are a poor reproduction that will not hold up well over time, we cannot recommend this part. We HIGHLY recommend...

Fits both left or right, sold individually. These have a higher degree of luster than the originals but are made of same material and weigh exactly the same as our NOS examples. Door striker replacement bushing.   .90 tall, .69 OD. .49ID. .10 thickness. These plastic bushings were used starting in 1972. We also sell the whole striker assembly. Common striker to many Ford cars after 1971. Apparently Sikorski helicopters too.
