Reproduction Replacement for the Rear License Plate Lens for the 1969 - 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang.  We also have good used original OEM lens that can easily be cleaned to look as good as these Chinese reproductions. Replaces Ford part #: C4AZ-13564.

This part is what holds on 1969 - 1973 Mercury Cougar / Ford Mustang Rear License Lamp Lens.  Replaces Ford part # C5OZ-13566-B or C4AZ-13564-A.

This was the inner air cleaner lid used on the Mercury Cougars equipped with a 428 Ram Air Cleaner or 429 Cobra Jet Ram Air Cleaner assembly. Ford calls this part a 'mask'. This clamps to the chromed lever and holds the socket and bulb that are attached to the neutral safety switch, which are the shifter indicator light for the floor shifter. Linkage arm that attaches to the windshield wiper motor that is unique to the 1969-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These are marked 9Z, among other things the slot is specifically indexed for the 69-70 Cougar and Mustang application. This is basically an installation kit that includes: linkage arm, flat bushing, wave washer, and nut. The order of installation is flat bushing, wave washer, linkage arm, and lastly the nut.

*NOTE - These knobs are NOT in the original Ford packaging, they were bought in bulk from a supplier who did not provide packaging. This style of knob was used on almost all Ford products starting in 1968 and continuing on through the late 1970's. The latest renditions in reproduction form are actually pretty good but for the purist these make a nice touch. Exact replacement inside door handle nut, trunk lock nut, and hood scoop nut. Same finish as originals. 10 of these are used to mount the 68-71 hood scoop found on the 68 428 CJ, 69-70 Eliminator, 69-70 428 Ram Air equipped Cougars and 71 GT and 429CJ. Two of these per door are used on the 69-70 inside door release. Two of of these nuts used to attach 1967-68 Cougar trunk locks.

The four part, die cast vinyl top trim kit requires 15 (right rear under back glass is the odd ball that requires five fasteners) of these speed nut fasteners. Rod used for locking the 3 speed manual transmission in "Reverse". Connects to the lower tab of the steering column and the reverse control transmission lever shift arm. Prevents the transmission from shifting out of reverse when the ignition key is removed. Rod is about 13-1/2 inches long.
