Used under dash wiring harness fuse block / box (with a chip or two) with wire leads for the Mercury Cougar XR7. This is part of the 14401 main under dash wiring harness. The difference between the XR7 and Standard box is that the Standard box has the pink resistance wire.  *Note - The fuse blocks will have a small amount of damage or chips on it, in spite of what is shown in the picture.

This black wire attaches to the Circuit Breaker coming off the starter solenoid on one end then passes through the firewall to mate with the top switch wiring harness at the other end. We believe that some 1969 harnesses may have used a fusible link wiring harness in place of this one.
