This cast bracket bolts to the frame on the driver side and anchors the power steering hydraulic cylinder. This is a decent reproduction of the radio bracket for the 69 or 70. Take a look at the smaller image to see them side by side. The repro is slightly taller and has extra holes in it so it fits other applications. We recommend sticking with good originals.  Why deviate from 100% correct if you don't need to.

This three part bracket assembly attaches to the console and to the stud protruding from the back of your radio. If you do not use it, you may damage your console due to the weight of the older radios. Correct for Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Ford part # C7ZA-18923-A rear bracket, C7ZA-18890-B left hand bracket, and C7ZA-18888-E right hand bracket.

Used brake hose support bracket for all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. This attaches with two bolts to the driver side rear frame rail, it supports the flexible brake hose that goes to the rear axle. Ford had two versions of this part, picture shows the early version, later versions had a chunk cut off of the corner. Replaces Ford part number D1ZZ-2073-A, and D1WY-2073-A.

Used bracket for mounting the rear axle flexible brake hose. This is a factory welded in bracket that was removed from a 1967-69 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Double check your placement for your particular year, when welding the bracket to your car. Good used bracket the you need to separate from the factory spot welds. Part bead blasted for photo, has correct "D" shaped hole for indexing the flexible brake hose to rear axle. Ford part number C7ZZ-2A051-A.

Used trunk plate or bracket for mounting the "J" bolt for the spare tire. Several versions of this bracket, this is the most common one. Mounts flat to the trunk floor surface on all 1967-70 Mercury Cougar hard tops, with full sized spare tires. Additionally, 1971-73 Mercury Cougar convertibles. This used upper column bracket bolts to the brake pedestal bracket under your dash. The two threaded studs face downward and are used to attach the lower column bracket.

Used to mount the vacuum storage tank inside the driver fender, two required per car, sold individually. Exact same part as what is found on the 1968 Cougar just a slightly different clips is used for 1969. Cougar part number C8WY-13B008-A.

Two of these little plastic protectors came on Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs equipped with Air Conditioning. They are affixed to the front cross member using the same bolts that holds your condenser in place. Their purpose was to protect the wiring harness from potential damage if the car were to get into a collision. These are very hard to find today as most were discarded the first time the condenser was replaced. Even your most experienced judges usually have never seen or heard of this...
